As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Remove EFT details from invoices and only have BPAY details for payment. This is important in the event debt recovery/legal action is needed as tax invoice should include all relevant information to enable tenants to may required payments. Currently, there is no way to add Tenant ID fields at all or customise tax invoices.
