MRI purchased Vault. Vault have some sort of link where your office365 emails link up so any emails to that person are automatically copied on the property or person. This would be very helpful when you are covering people on leave to easily see what communication has been sent and received without having to search through emails and folders and ask clients/tenants what they were told or where things are up to which in my opinion is not very professional.

Good news! We’re currently developing a tool that will automatically unblock affected email addresses to save you having to go to support for assistance. Once we see the impact this auto-unblock has on email failures we can determine the best way to notify failed emails. For those that may not be aware, you can currently find your failed comms within Communication History or the Communication Platform has a dedicated Failed folder.

We forward invoices for approval. It would be great if as requested here, those notes/record of approval are kept with time stamps.

Yes, more and more companies seem to be switching banks more frequently.
To have to go to each creditor outside of IG to check the bank account is the same, or has been updated is so frustrating. All the information is in there - we just need it on the same page!
