By 10.30am this morning I had logged in 3 times.
By 12.30pm I have had to log in 4 times myself, and twice with a colleague.
This is such a waste of time. We also use Vault by MRI, you only have to do the 2 factor log in once a week.
Here we go again - its 9.15am, I've had to log in twice already.Jess dunn

Yes, more and more companies seem to be switching banks more frequently.
To have to go to each creditor outside of IG to check the bank account is the same, or has been updated is so frustrating. All the information is in there - we just need it on the same page!Jess dunn

MRI purchased Vault. Vault have some sort of link where your office365 emails link up so any emails to that person are automatically copied on the property or person. This would be very helpful when you are covering people on leave to easily see what communication has been sent and received without having to search through emails and folders and ask clients/tenants what they were told or where things are up to which in my opinion is not very professional.

Update: Additional fields have been added to the ‘Status’ drop-down under Communications History to give you more details on email delivery status, this is available to you now. We are continuing to investigate other areas to better notify you of any sending failures.

We forward invoices for approval. It would be great if as requested here, those notes/record of approval are kept with time stamps.

only just lunch time and my 4th log in so far...
not even 2pm - we're up to 6 log ins for the day. this really is unreasonable.
