As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. As a commercial agent, we really need this as we can charge a separate letting fee for each lease we finalise. Owners need a copy of the corresponding invoice to show what we've charged to save them fishing out the MAA every few years & occasionally we do loyalty discounts. We can't manually do and pay back to the agent as it won't record correctly in our end of month figures or on owners I&E at EOFY.
