Good news! We’re currently developing a tool that will automatically unblock affected email addresses to save you having to go to support for assistance. Once we see the impact this auto-unblock has on email failures we can determine the best way to notify failed emails. For those that may not be aware, you can currently find your failed comms within Communication History or the Communication Platform has a dedicated Failed folder.

Annual letting fee charges (or general agency charges) to be carried over to the next month as held funds IF not enough funds in the 1st month, removing the querying from landlords of 2 different charges/amounts over a 2 month period. Its currently created a lot of work for us having to explain its one charge but its split over 2 months based on funds and its making the ledgers and searching for the fee charges difficult for us on their ledgers to search for.
