Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? Annual letting fee charges (or general agency charges) to be carried over to the next month as held funds IF not enough funds in the 1st month, removing the querying from landlords of 2 different charges/amounts over a 2 month period. Its currently created a lot of work for us having to explain its one charge but its split over 2 months based on funds and its making the ledgers and searching for the fee charges difficult for us on their ledgers to search for.
