   Hi Ange, Please feel free to give me a call anytime. 08 634 3610. We are in WA. We can not issue notice of a Bond increase until the new rent amount takes affect. We are required to give 60 days notice in writing, with the amount due and the due date. Therefor automation would require to be the day of increase and a due date field would be required.
