  1. special characters

    It doesn't appear possible for a member profile (contractor or staff) to have special characters like an apostrophe in them. I can enter the name in the system but then can't sign them in a the kiosk. For example, O'Dwyer can't be found at the Kiosk when signing in, but ODwyer can be. Please allow characters.

  2. Resizable or customizable sign in screens on tablet kiosks.

    We would like to play a short H&S induction video to visitors (and potentially new contractors or employees to each site) on the sign-in tablets.

    I've been able to set it up and it works well - except it is so small on the tablets, with text quite hard to read. If this box could be resized / upsized, it would make it so much more user friendly!

  3. Customize emails

    Possibility to customize the automated messages from system. Like activation emails and other hardcoded messages. Current ones has bad translations and would great true value to end-customer if we could customized them.

  4. Granular Induction Management

    Our Markets (we have 63) use the 'Manage Contract Role Types' to link to Inductions to separate the different Inductions for each Market. Each Market has different types of Contractors whose members must complete different Unique Inductions. One Market may not see any other market's 'Role Types'. Presently all markets can see and select all other market's 'Role Types', To prevent error, we would like markets to see only their own 'Role Types'

  5. Improve dashboard view on mobile

    The dashboard on the mobile phone doesnt fit on the screen and is very difficult to view the necessary information. An enhancement here for it to fit a mobile screen would be beneficial
