We would like important contract and compliance dates to automatically feed through to the relevant Agent/s’ Eagle calendars, similar to Open Inspection dates.
Important key dates could include contract acceptance dates, finance due dates, building and pest due dates, settlement due dates, listing expiry dates, real estate license expiry dates, staff/team birthdays, other key contract or compliance dates.
Agents generally plan their days using their phone calendars, so having key dates automatically scheduled in their Eagle calendar (which connects to their phone calendar) would make it much easier to track upcoming deadlines and plan accordingly. Currently, Agents can use automated tasks or manually add calendar events, but these do not automatically update when a date changes. For example, if a settlement date is extended, the original task or calendar event remains unchanged.
Ideally, calendar events would be linked to the relevant Eagle record so that any changes to the date automatically update the relevant Agent’s calendar.
