Would like to see a dedicated section for hitlists, buyer requirements and tenant requirements.
It would be great to have the ability to add specific requirements and generate a list of contacts who are actively looking or considered “hot” prospects.
This would also allow agents to cross-reference their current listings against active requirements within the database and identify suitable matches more efficiently.
