Tasks against Maintenance Requests
Since adding the Task functionality, it is not easy to find a task against a property for Maintenance requests. Is there any likelihood of adding a Task Tab to the maintenance requests, so we don't have to go out of the Request details and into the Task Tab to find the task set? Also, a task set for maintenance doesn't appear on the task tab - you have to click the magnifying glass for it to appear - which is not the best when searching in a hurry.
Also, I wasn't sure if this idea should be posted here or…
2 votesWe are pleased to advise that this has been released - you can now add/edit/view your tasks within your maintenance jobs.

Allocate Notes to Different Staff
It would be good when creating a note to have the ability to allocate to another staff member, for example when creating a lease renewal task to send to Admin to send lease or when leaving a message to call this person.

Task/workflow management
In Property Management there are core functions such as listings, applications, entries, reviews/renewals, vacates and maintenance that are the basis of managing a portfolio. Therefore, if we use these as a basis, it then comes back to how is this managed, what does a process look like and what is required within the core function. Essentially, this is being able to categorise a task, i.e., lease renewal and then work on this task with all necessary updates, correspondence and documentation contained within. Maintenance Notes Character Increase
Character count needs to be increased in the Maintenance Notes section under the Property and Details tab. The current character count is too small to fit most notes needed. This field feeds through to the Maintenance Plus (Bricks & Agent) notes when creating a maintenance request and is needed to know owners preferred tradies or if owners pay invoices directly, etc.

Ability to link an alert/note to a particular user or area of PropertyTree - ie, inspections, maintenance
