Improve Tasks
The tasks is great, I love it but it could be so much better!
I have seen a few suggestions and they are great but the below with some of those combined would make it perfect.
- Having a tile on the dashboard for tasks
- Be able to create general tasks that are not linked to a property for say but to a person/user
- Automated tasks related to lease renewals, inspections, maintenance, new tenants, vacating tenants, new property etc
- Maybe a task that can be created to attach with emails to follow up on
- With the automated tasks, would be great…

Checklists to attach to profiles
Checklists - it would be great to have checklists available to attach to either an owner, property or tenant for new managements, lost managements, new tenancies, break leases, lease renewals, vacating tenants etc. If we could customise them to suit the business and they attach to the corresponding event. Setup same as merge mail templates so it is easy to adopt your own procedures.

When entering notes and pinning to profile / receipts etc. a pop up appears rather than just being pinned (so all staff are aware and have to click out of the note before proceeding)

Bond Top Up Due Date
New bond work flow updates are great, however to enable us to meet the requirements of the Act in providing the required notice for the Bond Top up in Automated Communication a Bond Top Due Date and the ability to set automation on the rent increase date not just prior would be required.

Would be good if maintenance notes showed on invoice genius, i.e. when owners pay invoices direct

Ability to configure Automated Tasks
Automated Tasks please:
- when the rent is due for review
- when the lease is due to expire
- when a vacate date is entered
- when a new tenancy is entered
- when compliance is due to expire

Pinned Notes Options
We would like the ability to have the ''pinned'' items open by choice so that they appear at the top of the screen, perfect when we have to remember something like ''partner died, don't call him they broke up"

Widget for unlodged bonds
Is it possible to have a widget on the agency panel for un lodged bonds? For example when a bond is receipted, it will appear with the address of the property and how many days it was receipted. Once the bond is lodged with the bond admin, the property disappears. This would be very useful to licensees.

Priority Tab for Notes
We think a HIGH PRIORITY tab would be good where we could store notes that need to be easily accessible i.e. New Appliance installations with warranty dates, Insurance Claims in progress; Emergency Details; things that you don't want to have to go looking for through pages of Notes but need quick access to.

Archive Tasks once set to Done
With the addition of the new Tasks feature, it would be great once a Task has been Done to also have the ability to Archive. I have noticed that although the task has been changed to Done, it still appears on the Task Tab against the Property, Tenant etc, and it gets confusing when you are working through tasks specific to that property, as the Tasks list looks long, when in fact it isn't.

Arrears notes or actions with action review date
Ability to show remediation action for the arrears, so if a renter has a payment plan in place, or a VCAT hearing is pending or scheduled etc. This allows the property manager to focus on the ones that require immediate management vs the ones that are already actioned

Would be great if Property Tree would automatically create a task against the tenancy 90 days prior to the lease ending and a task when the rent review is due.

Lease & Rent Tab-Bond & Deposits Section
Under Tenant/Lease & Rent Tab/Bond & Deposits section, we would appreciate being able to change the REQUIRED amount to be the same as the HELD BY AUTHORITY amount where there has been a rent decrease and partial bond refund back to the tenant paid by the Rental Bond Authority. At the moment all we can do is add the amount of the DIRECT REFUND and make notes in the DESCRIPTION but are unable to change the REQUIRED amount. In QLD where legislation now requires us to refund a partial bond amount if the bond held is more than 4 x…

Creditors- remember last Creditor input until changed
When in Invoice Genius, we would like the system to remember to remember the last Creditor used eg Yarra Valley Water when inputting a large batch of Invoices. We are currently losing a great deal of time searching for the same creditor for every invoice.

calendars and alerts
The alarm bell in the top right corner should "visually vibrate" or blow in and out of size, or create a pop-up reminder notification for Tasks. Also once task marked as DONE, they should automatically save to PT and clear from the active tasks list bar.
