  1. The new change for emailing all doesn't just let you email all as had been done. You now have to choose the person to email. This slows the process down and is annoying. Please adjust so that if you choose email all, all the emails are ready to be emailed.

Just a side note, when something isn't working as it should, can you please ensure our support team are notified, it was just by chance we saw your suggestion (as ideas are reviewed each week). I'll close off this suggestion, as it doesn't need votes to get sorted - it was unfortunately not meant to change that Email All behaviour.

  2. PT use to memorize emails eg: if you CCd someone in or - in Email Subject Line it would memorize so you didn't need to retype- this function no longer there.

  3. EFFECTIVE RENT AREARS MERGE FIELD - should be pulled based on the reconciled date, opposed to the current date.

  4. When we send an sms with reply active, it just shows up as a number, nothing about the company that sent it or that it is Reply Only. When you ring the number, it says this number is not available, call again later.............so some Tenants are saying they have tried to call me multiple times.

    1. Need an auto message on all sms' sent out with Company Name and Text Reply only available or similar. The other outgoing SMS had DO NOT REPLY message at the front of it so it must be possible!

    If you advise your tenants to save the number as a contact under your company name (as this is your company dedicated number) it will then show as this when they receive or send an SMS, this also ensures that they can validate the SMS they receive, as they will know if something is sent from another number as potential spam asking for rent etc.

  5. We would like to receive the Weekly Email on a Friday, not a Monday - it would be great to be able to have a choice.

  6. Need a way to restrict a user from being able to see/access the “All Inboxes” option in Communications. I know how to make this visible or non visible for a user but not if we can stop someone from being able to access altogether.

  7. Can you please have a tick box on the profile pages for owners and tenants to show at a quick glance that all tenants or all owners wish to be contacted for all communications. Not all communications are done through property tree so this would be very helpful.

  8. Automatically Include the chat history inside the follow up email from Property Tree Support.
    Currently we copy and paste the conversation during the chat which automatically includes the oversized avatar. (2000px x 2000px)

  9. Currently, when you're adding a phone number to a contact (tenant or owner) you can assign it a label of (Fax, Mobile, Home, Work). Some of our contacts have multiple numbers that need to be distinguished with more than that.

    It would be nice to have this as a custom field - for example "Emergency" or "After-hours".

  10. We need additional merge fields for Commercial Arrears Auto Messages. Currently they only show the arrears of the last invoice, we need a total arrears merge field to be able to add to the body of the email text. It's confusing when the body of the text only shows the May rent invoice is overdue but the invoice that is attached via the link shows that April/May are both overdue.

  11. Allowing external parties who are not on your contact list to email your propertytree inbox. This allows for Councils etc to email your mailbox with rates notices. PropertyMe allows this and its hard to live without

    For this one - If the email is known and can be added against the creditor they will be accepted into Property Tree - you can have multiple "contacts" against one creditor if needed, so different email address can be saved.

  12. Would be great to have an easy view for PM's to view emails sent to creditors. If this was saved against the property profile as well (not just creditor comms), this would make it easier for PM's to find all comms & be across what is going on in their portfolio

  13. I want to see emails that have gone to the spam folder we have received from tenants/landlords/trades. I have had a few people email say they have already emailed me but i haven't received them. I am assuming they have gone to spam that i can not check.

    All emails sent to your configured Property Tree inbound email will arrive into Property Tree, as long as the email addresses are saved against the contact within Property Tree. There is no outside spam settings that will hold an email from being received. We have come across cases where contacts are emailing propertytree@propertytree.com directly, rather than replying to an email that was received - however if this has happened, the contact would receive an automated response. This is the same if a contact emails your configured inbound email from a different email address that may not be known with your Property Tree database, they will receive an automated response.

  15. As a NZ based user I note that the phone prefix for all my contact is Australian so therefore I can not text or call any of my contacts directly off the PT Contacts app which is very frustrating.
    It would be good to get the prefix updated to the NZ prefix for NZ based users so we can use the app as it is intended for.

  17. It would be great if cntacts being set up could receive certain communications such as an automatic chck box which you can remove some communicatiuons for. We have lots of tenants who have their accounts managed by others or tenants who hold a lease like a company and they put their workers in there. The workers need entry notices and tenant info but not invoices or arrears notices and things. Being able to separate the communication for each tenant as needed would be really beneficial to effective client management and client satisfaction.

  18. Enable entered due dates, to be extended, on invoices that are part paid, to avoid arrears notices being issued to tenants.

  19. we oversee entire complexes and sometimes we need to email all tenants regarding certain things that require a photo being sent - currently have to attach a photo to a Word doc and then add it as an attachment.
    It would be great to be able to just paste it into the body of the email so I know it's easy to be seen by the recipient.
