  1. When we send an sms with reply active, it just shows up as a number, nothing about the company that sent it or that it is Reply Only. When you ring the number, it says this number is not available, call again later.............so some Tenants are saying they have tried to call me multiple times.

    1. Need an auto message on all sms' sent out with Company Name and Text Reply only available or similar. The other outgoing SMS had DO NOT REPLY message at the front of it so it must be possible!

    If you advise your tenants to save the number as a contact under your company name (as this is your company dedicated number) it will then show as this when they receive or send an SMS, this also ensures that they can validate the SMS they receive, as they will know if something is sent from another number as potential spam asking for rent etc.

  2. Automatically Include the chat history inside the follow up email from Property Tree Support.
    Currently we copy and paste the conversation during the chat which automatically includes the oversized avatar. (2000px x 2000px)

  3. Allowing external parties who are not on your contact list to email your propertytree inbox. This allows for Councils etc to email your mailbox with rates notices. PropertyMe allows this and its hard to live without

    For this one - If the email is known and can be added against the creditor they will be accepted into Property Tree - you can have multiple "contacts" against one creditor if needed, so different email address can be saved.

  4. I want to see emails that have gone to the spam folder we have received from tenants/landlords/trades. I have had a few people email say they have already emailed me but i haven't received them. I am assuming they have gone to spam that i can not check.

    All emails sent to your configured Property Tree inbound email will arrive into Property Tree, as long as the email addresses are saved against the contact within Property Tree. There is no outside spam settings that will hold an email from being received. We have come across cases where contacts are emailing propertytree@propertytree.com directly, rather than replying to an email that was received - however if this has happened, the contact would receive an automated response. This is the same if a contact emails your configured inbound email from a different email address that may not be known with your Property Tree database, they will receive an automated response. 

  5. As a NZ based user I note that the phone prefix for all my contact is Australian so therefore I can not text or call any of my contacts directly off the PT Contacts app which is very frustrating.
    It would be good to get the prefix updated to the NZ prefix for NZ based users so we can use the app as it is intended for.

  8. In rest we had made a Creditor called tenant where we could just go in and text to people inquiring on vacant properties this worked great , just changed the number to text.

    Check the "settings" section under your user Voice Profile (top right when you are in user Voice). I don't believe there is an option for all new ideas, as they go through the product team to validate prior to being marked ready for votes, but there is a monthly newsletter and other communication options that you can choose from.

  10. A basic 'property search' in the Box & Dice mobile app . Not all contacts have had communication. Currently can only search 'Appraised, Listed, Sold. By having a basic property search this would be ideal for agents looking at farming. ie: Door knocking. As an agent walks to a door, to know the owners name is 'warmer' than not using a name. A basic in courtesy - using someones name. After all, isn't this a basic search - a property address?

  11. Could we have a setting to turn off auto communication to certain owners. Currently there is only an option for all owners or none.

  12. I would love an option to offer owners to "round up" their management fees or invoices for an amount to go to a pre selected charity. The agency can choose the charity its want to support - input this into Property Tree (like a creditor) and then make a donation at a chosen period - like when doing creditor payments.

  13. Currently automated communications can only have a point of contact or agency merge field. We want to be able to have any business role as a merge field, ie Assistant Property Manager.

  14. When you copy someone into an email that's being sent to multiple contacts, for example three, the person who is being copied in will receive three copies of the same email instead of just one. Can you please program it to only send one copy.

  17. Currently, auto-communicated inspection notices are generated for each tenant from a property creating a number of letters. Would like one letter per property created.

  18. Being able to add images within a template without the workaround to save to word, and search on google or internet explorer before copying to PropertyTree. There has to be a better solution

  20. Print inspection letters in date order, not street address. Also have the option to only select the primary contact so that multiple copies of the letter don't print (like bulk mail merge for letters)
