  1. It would be helpful if the creditor invoices attached to the owner statements could have a PAID watermark added. This would avoid owners then thinking the invoices need to be paid by them directly and making duplicate payments to creditors.

    Hi Supporters, We appreciate your input. User Voice suggestions are constantly reviewed and used when revising our product roadmap.

    Given the complexity of the Property Tree solution this Suggestion cannot be considered at this time.

    Should it become viable in the future, we will reopen it to the community.

  2. If we could download ledger information into a spreadsheet through CSV option we could manipulate the data to meet tenant or owner needs such as govt departments etc.

    We have reviewed your Suggestion and will not be allowing manipulation of Ledger data in the current roadmap. This suggestion will be closed and if these plans change we have a record of your request.

  3. Recently discovered that landlords and tenants with hotmail emails fail. Lots have hotmail. please fix so I don't need to contact them externally to property tree

    Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Email providers all have different spam filters and requirements to meet. These can reject the propertytree@propertytree.com emails when there is such a volume of emails being sent with the same content (ie, template emails). which is why we recommend contacts whitelist the @propertytree.com email address. You now have the option to have Domain Branded Emails sent from Property Tree, so that emails are sent using your domain (ie @propertymanager.com.au), more information can be found here https://propertytree.elevio.help/en/articles/93250.

    Thanks for your suggestion. The ledgers within Property Tree are in a PDF format so that they cannot be altered in anyway. If there is another reason why you would want these in a csv format, please let us know.

  5. When viewing a maintenance summary report it would be good to add the creditor into the summary to make it easier to see what jobs are outstanding for that creditor and a filtered report can be sent to them to follow up.

    Unfortunately this cannot be added as the Creditor is linked to the Job, and there can be multiple jobs/creditors under the one maintenance summary. The Maintenance Job Search allows you to see open work orders etc by creditor and export the results.

    Unfortunately there is no link to the creditor from the maintenance summary as the creditor is linked to the maintenance job - and you can have multiple jobs/creditors under that maintenance summary. The maintenance job report has the creditor and creditor contact too.

  7. I would like an option to have an REI attachment capability to second arrears notice, then when the 8 days is reached the letter and breach is automatically emailed to tenants

    The details of the breach can added into an automated communication notice to send to your tenants, and an attachment can be included to this in the template - however the addition to attach separate notices for each tenancy from REI to the automated communication prior to it sending from Property Tree is not in current scope. This is currently able to be done individually or in bulk as required with the REI Forms Integration.
