  1. PRINTABLE STOCKLIST

    There is no option to populate the on market/currently available listings to print for when people come into the office and ask what properties we currently have available.
    This is a frequently asked question when clients come into reception.

    I don't just need a basic report, I'm talking about a visually nice looking list, that has a cover photo, the price, number of bed/bath/car, who the agent is on the listing etc and even if its marked as under offer.

  2. Default show or hide to owners

    It would be great if there was a way to default notes to show or hide to owners. For example, an agent has sent an email to the buyer leads of this property which has 70 buyer leads. It would be great if there was a way to default or select all to show or hide, instead of clicking through each note individually

  3. Allow default sharing of emails synced from Outlook

    With the current email integration with Outlook, all emails are hidden from other users by default. They can only be shared to other users manually one by one.

    We would like to be able to let all staff access these notifications by default. It’s essential to ensure we don’t double up on communications.
