Allow default sharing of emails synced from Outlook
With the current email integration with Outlook, all emails are hidden from other users by default. They can only be shared to other users manually one by one.
We would like to be able to let all staff access these notifications by default. It’s essential to ensure we don’t double up on communications.

Thank you for the feedback. The Product Group are looking for more information on this request.
Currently it's locked down to share one by one for security reasons. Would you perhaps want sharing abilities via the Staff Sharing, or a global permission for Office/Office Group?Given the sensitivity of emails we want more feedback on who you want control to share to, all or nothing or individuals.
