Thanks for raising this suggestion — I just want to make sure I understand the use case properly.

When you say default notes to “show” or “hide” from owners, are you referring specifically to activity notes created when an agent sends bulk emails (e.g. to a large buyer list)? And in those cases, would you like the option to:

set a default behaviour that applies to all notes created (always hide / always show), or

choose on a per-action basis (e.g. when sending the email, select “hide all” instead of manually toggling each buyer note)?

Also, is this something you see being applied only to bulk actions (like email/SMS to multiple contacts), or would you want the same default to apply to one-to-one notes as well?

Currently sending sms/emails from the buyer leads screen is automatically defaulted to hide from owners as they are automated notes

Getting a bit more detail from you will help us shape whether this should be a global setting, a per-agent preference, or an option that pops up when creating bulk actions.
