Drop down option to refund pet bond
Currently cannot refund a pet bond easily. Only options are "Partial Refund, Rent Decrease or Tenancy Ending". If selecting partial refund you have to enter a date the tenant exited. Wanting an option to just do a pet bond refund drop down as this will become more common.
