Ability to archive letters/ document templates in Palace
Would be great if we could archive (rather than delete) letter/ document templates that we are not using (but do not want to delete in case needed in future) to reduce number of 'current' letters we have saved under Document Templates

This will help to remove unwanted and out of date letter

Have too many letters currently to search for as there are a number that we no longer need but do not want to delete from Palace
