  1. Ability to send customisable (e.g. amount of days) auto reminders to tradies for work order and quote requests. We are too time poor to keep chasing outstanding tasks, this would also improve the level of service we deliver to our clients.

  2. We are currently trying to utilise quick reports to produce KPI reporting to try and give us an overview of how everything is tracking in the team. It would be great if this information was easier to produce all together and easier to see.

  3. It would be great to have an app from Rockend that is branded for our company where owners can log their own work orders, that then gets sent to that buildings preferred supplier. The Strata Manager should then receive a notification to let them know this has happened. There should also real time tracking of this. So for example, if an owner comes home and the lift is broken, they can log onto the app and see that it has already been raised and a work order has been sent. This would limit numerous emails from different lots to report…

  4. It is really annoying in SM when you click on a button - say Quick Reports - and this window is already minimised at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on the button does not bring up that window again. You can go to window at the tool bar and click onto it but, this is not user friendly. If you are using Chrome for example, and you click on the chrome button this pops up, you don't have to click elsewhere to launch it. Very frustrating.

  6. When a user sync's meetings from SM to Meeting Master, meetings for all users will be sycned to the device. Would like Meeting Master to only sync meetings according to the user who is logged into the app (ie. plans that are only managed by that user/manager).

Ability to amend the reports in line with reporting options available through form reports: -Reports for specific periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc) -Comparative period options (prior periods/pro-rate/prior year complete; budget variance; etc). We typically email them directly to them, as it is fulfilling an immediate request for the report. A lot of our clients keep a close eye on the financials. For some clients we are able to fulfill through issuing monthly interim reports, for others we need to manually send the reports each time they request updated copies.

  8. Ability to report on management fees to show the old value, new value and the date of the increase. Currently can only report on the old and new rate via quick reports - need to add date of increase in quick reports.

  12. Please add an email merge field to accommodate all options set under the Notices > Correspondence delivery method i.e. owners, agent, different contact address. Currently can only accommodate owners, agents by two processes of emails. Would like to have one generic email merge field of <<CorrespondenceEmail>>

  13. Save the creditor invoices in FSCI screen when backing up Strata Master. Currently when Strata Master is restored the invoices in the FSCI screen are lost and need to be re-entered.

  14. When producing the Status certificates in bulk for a plan to be able to manage with an option to produce in batches or Lots within the individual plan.
    The problem is that the process takes a long time and when opening a word document will interfere with producing the certificates.
    This process at the best of times is time consuming

  16. We absolutely love the strata mobile app, I use it all the time. However it would be great if you could email out all owners from the app, and agents, send work orders and quotes. This would be great for out of office calls and also for our managers when they are out onsite at meetings.

  18. Would like the ability to hide the levy notice comment appearing on certain lots.
    eg. they have a newsletter with the levy notice and some lot owners would like the ability to unsubscribe to this.

  19. Should be able to change the font and the colour of the text in the notes section of the Corp screen, as well as other notes sections within Strata master.

  20. Add a new report option called Agency Reports in order to make report selections as required i.e. Strata Searcher. This could be done in a way that is similar to how interim reports works.
