  3. Ability to allow for the configuration of a meeting type under AGM for adjourned meetings. Currently no functionality to flag this type of meeting. Also when minutes or notes have to be written up and distributed, as the meeting type is called AGM, this populates on the final template and cannot be overwritten within the wizard

  4. Currently the subject line which populates when a levy notice is emailed out is "Levy Notice - Strata Plan xxxx". Would also like the building name added to the subject line of levy notices that are emailed. Some owners don't know their strata plan number and will often think the email is spam, even though it has been sent from a user at the agency.

  5. There is no shortcut to go to next lot under Levy Journal Screen. When editing descriptions for levy information, we need to re-enter the lot number and strata plan each time as there is no icon to scroll back or forward.

  6. We want the ability to overwrite the financial status of an owner for the meeting attendance register (without having to do it by hand) for simple things like $0.34 outstanding they may well be financial, but extra interest was taken out of a payment technically it's interest so they are considered financial. We are having to change this manually, which looks dreadful on our registers at our meetings.

  7. I would like a report the same layout as the Aged Arrears List report, that provides a 1 line aged arrears list for each owners corporation, to get a snapshot of where the arrears are at across the portfolio without having to generate separate reports

  8. Print out summary report of creditors paid via direct entry prior to the remittance advices being printed. Similar to other payment options. i.e. Bulk BPAY payments report.

  10. Each month / quarter etc, we send levy notices to our clients. Some clients don't want to receive this email. We would like an option where you can set it up in the system where we can tick a box which will ensure that the particular owner wont get the levy notice. Currently there is only the option to set to print or email. We would like an option whilst it is set to email to exclude from email. It must not default to print.

  11. When loading invoices through Filesmart - using the workflow process the invoices loaded only shows on Strata when pulled through for payment. It would be good to have the ability to sync filesmart so that it can pick up if an invoice has already been captured into the system through filesmart. There is no ability at present to pick up in the invoice caputure screen if the invoice has already been captured but is sitting in a workflow somewhere.

  12. When invoicing management fees, it would be beneficial to also save the diary notes as well as the invoices to file smart. Some of our BC's require the approval of invoices and request a copy of our diary notes in addition to our invoice. Currently I am separating the invoices from the invoices, scanning and filing to filesmart individually which is very time consuming.

This is important for strata committee meetings as we make them compliant with quick and easy strata committee meetings to formalise their decisions quickly so SCM for electronic voting is really important to have. We are manually creating and sending voting papers for them to complete and return.
    Would like to be able to create their own meeting types. ie. Strata Committee Meeting, outside of the ones pre-defined in STRATA Master, to be able to to action the above.

  14. Resident labels – it is using the system address NOT the specific address entered for this purpose under tenants contact details. Design constraint - When producing Resident labels the address details record from the unit/lot/address fields under the Lot and not as displayed under the Tenant contact details.

  15. It would be great to have an email alert when a creditor bank account details are changed - due to the increased awareness of fraud, I want to be able to set up an email alert every time a creditor bank account details have been edited.

Re-issuing of receipts - option is to print the receipt out, however if owners would like them to be emailed, then currently l have to print the receipt to a PDF writer, save the file and then attach to email. Please create an email icon as well so can email the receipt out directly or have SM create a PDF file which will attach to Outlook automatically

Emails of Additional Contacts When check the "Include additional email addresses" in Configure > Agency > Option #3, I understand that it will include the email addresses of additional contacts in BCC. However, when I only want to email all committee members by clicking on "Emailing committee members with Microsoft Outlook" in Corp > Committee tab > SM also includes the email addresses of the additional contact. Believe that as the additional contact is not part of the Committee, their email address should not be included.

  18. I would love a portal login for our contractors so they can track their invoice and status. This would cut down so many phone calls and emails and/or the contractor being able to upload their invoice to the contractor portal, keying in all the data so it is already populated in our system when it comes to the pay run.

  19. There is a lot of work that goes into obtaining insurance quotes and arranging renewals for each building. There is nowhere in STRATA Master to track the journey and record all the information.

  20. Often I need pull up Insurance related quick reports, and to try keep ahead of required endorsements for under insured buildings It would be helpful to have an additional column to show the current funds of the plan, and their FYE so that we can advise the manager they will or may fall short in a month or two if they don’t look into raising additional funds and provide time for meetings to be arranged, or that investment accounts be permitted to be drawn against or hold off from non-urgent works for new carpet that can wait 6 months.
