  3. Add Owner Statement formatted reports>owner reports>giving another option to choose previous owner. Benefits to produce the report where a change of owner has occurred and only shows transactions for the new owner.

  7. Ability to place reserve funds against both admin and maintenance funds.
    We would also like to be able to apply this theory to multiple schedules (groups) to avoid one OC covering the costs of another OC.

  15. Export reports to Excel
    There is a current issue with exporting reports to an excel format from Strata Master that needs to be repaired.

    Reports exported with numeric data convert numeric data to text. Columns have to be reformatted to a number format and resized.

    We would love to be able to use reports without having to reformat each time.

  16. Under Compliance register there are no tabs for the actual AFSS due date, only 3 tabs referring to the inspection date. My suggestion is to swap "last inspection date" with "AFSS due date"

  17. Can only search surnames. Would like it to search emails, phone number, first names and even offer suggestions if we typed the name wrong and also to be able to search for agents and residents too.

  18. It is becoming more essential to be able to input an additional email for council members. At the moment when emailing council the address is picked up from the committee tab on the corp screen, which in turn picks up the email from the owner screen. This means that if the Chairman changes his email contact to the one created for the chair, all correspondence specific to his lot i.e. Arrears, levy notices etc go to the chairs email address. This is not appropriate as these items are not council business.
