  1. Work Order - reissuing

    If you want to re-issue a work order that was sent previously, e.g. gutter clean you cant just copy / duplicate the previous work order you have to fill in all the details again. It would save time if this functionality existed.
    A great idea to add a re-occurring work orders that could be actioned by the creation of an invoice.

  2. Quote Requests - ability to add additional quotes

    There currently is a limitation (5) on the number of quote requests Strata Master allows you to enter.
    We would like the ability to either delete or add more than 5 quote requests.

  3. Maintenance Partners

    Our rentals team talk a lot about inspection and maintenance manager, I don’t understand why there cannot be something like this for STRATA Master, it really woud save us so much time. Maintenance requests and actions take up so much time in a strata managers day.

  4. Owner Portal for Creditors

    I would love a portal login for our contractors so they can track their invoice and status. This would cut down so many phone calls and emails and/or the contractor being able to upload their invoice to the contractor portal, keying in all the data so it is already populated in our system when it comes to the pay run.

  5. Strata Mobile - Distribute Work Orders

    Being able to issue work orders through the Rockend mobile app and it syncs with the server database. We have a building management division, and this would be very beneficial whilst they are on site, they can take photos and generate a work order. Also with the industry moving to be mobile and clients wanting their strata managers to come and see their building, this will assist the managers in having free time to visit the buildings they manage and organise work on the go.

  6. Creditor Compliance

    When entering invoices if the creditor compliance status could be shown (prior to completing the invoice). It's a little bit inconvenient after entering an invoice and going to save the invoice, it comes up that you cannot save or hold the invoice because the creditor is non-compliant.

  7. When a work order is sent via email to a contractor can it also be automatically sent in a text

    When emailing work orders from Stratamaster can we have the system automatically send a text message to the contractor also??

  8. WORK ORDER/REMINDERS:

    It is annoying that you cant set a work order to happen in the future and understanding is that reminders are created to remind the client to send out the work order.

  9. quote approval

    It'd be great to see an option to send all received quotes to the executive committee at the push of a button.

    Even better if they could then vote on the received quotes on the committee portals.

  10. Work Order Automation

    Need more automation in STRATA master. We need automated work order and quote request reminders to contractors. It would also be useful to have a button that allowed you to send the work order & quote request to committees as well so they know it has been actioned.
