  3. Miscellaneous Invoices - Ability to edit GST field

    Miscellaneous Invoice screens - To enable the GST field to be edited ie; to remove the GST or to edit value where not 1/11th of GST. Far easier as a user to do this then creation of multiple chart of accounts to accommodate as a workaround.

  4. Levy Email Address field on Agents Card

    The new Levy Email Address (on the agent's card) introduced in V12, apart from sending levy notices and debt recovery notices, would like to see this to include submetering invoices

  5. Bulk SMS - ability to schedule in advance

    Ability in the Bulk SMS function to schedule SMS's to send out at specific dates/times, rather than having to execute it at the time the SMS needs to be sent out.

  6. SMS Character limit

    There is currently a limit on characters in the SMS feature of 160 characters. This isn't enough when sending some information to owners about meetings, etc.

    Please bump up to 200 characters.

  7. Documents on Owner Portal - ability to edit Document Type description

    Ability to amend the Document Type description column on the Owners Portal > Document tab. In particular, where invoices from fileSMART are configured to be shown on the owners portal, it would be good to have the creditor name showing as well, rather than just the word "Invoice".

  9. Tenant Communications

    We send a lot of emails with notices to the tenants/occupant. Many agents don’t send them on for days and days to tenants. When using mail merge there is no tenant email address as an option. Only have owner & agent.

  11. Dissect Invoices

    The ability to dissect invoices is a fantastic option, however I feel that it is in the incorrect area. Would like to be able to do the dissections within FS i.e. when workflow is with the manager upon approving the invoice.
    Currently the dissect function is within the FSCI screen within Strata Master where the dissections take place which is processed by a user.

  12. Quick Reports - Suburb column

    Would like to collate their customers by suburb. In SM Quick Reports will collate customer information by street name, street number and suburb, but not by suburb only.

  13. Portals - Non Owner Committee Members

    When an committee member from a 'None' lot (with/without a nominated Lot) is recorded in SM it does give the ability to issue web access to the Executive Portal.

  14. bulk emails

    Bulk Emails to Multiple Committees

    When sending bulk emails to multiple committees these should go in the BCC field. It is OK they are in the To field with a single committee as they are likely to have each others email addresses already, but not OK when sending to multiple committees due to privacy reasons.

  16. Warning for certain creditor on plan by plan basis

    If a tradesman is "Excluded" in the "Tradesman" tab in the Corp screen there is a warning when issuing a work order to that tradesman.
    This warning should be extended to appear in the invoicing screens of File Smart and Strata Master.

  17. SMS - save to diary individual lots

    When sending SMS and select "Save to diary", if 2 or more lots are selected to receive the SMS, the individual lots selected are not listed in the diary entry. Only shows: 13 SMS sent - owner contact.
    Would like the individual lots listed.

  18. Automatically record BPAY biller code and DEFT reference on Status Certificates

    With the implementation of eConveyancing at Land Registry Services, solicitors are requesting that the S184 certificates display the BPay biller code and reference information so they can make immediate payment. Council and Sydney Water certificates provide this already, strata does not. They advised that it is not ideal to have to cross-reference to a levy notice; it is more appropriate to list it on the certificate. This would be advantageous to us too as we will not need to manually receipt settlement cheques and we will receive payment quicker.

  19. Levy Notice - ability to dissect due dates

    When you send out, for example a June levy. It includes the payment in arrears. It doesn't break it down and say 'Outstanding amount must be paid immediately" you cant dissect the due dates. The owners at that they don't have to pay it yet as it has a new due date for the new levy.

  20. Bulk Email Wizard - Separate Additional Debtors

    When using the Bulk Email Wizard, we are unable to separate between Lot owners and Additional Debtors. It is a pain to manually remove all 100 additional debtors, especially without knowing in the Bulk Email Screen which contacts are additional debtors.
