  1. When sending SMS via Messaging screen - I would like to the lot number displayed. Currently only has name and mobile number. In large strata plan very difficult to select the right contact, especially when they are wanting to send to certain lots only.

Audit Trail Report - Currently if a change is made the following fields on the Corp > General screen, they are not recorded on the Audit Trail Report: - Body Corporate Name - Plan Number - Building - Street number - Street - Town/Suburb - State - Postcode I would like to have this information recorded so I can easily see the Old Value and make any amendments if necessary, and to see who has made the changes as well.

  3. In STRATA master it defaults to BAS/TFN rather than IRD/GST. In NZ there are different terms.

  4. GST reports we do not have rounding in NZ so need the cents on front page otherwise we have to scour through the reports to get the balance right.

  6. Bulk Emailing - currently SM does a data dump of all email addresses attached to the lot owner card and populates them in Outlook. Where owners own multiple lots and contact details are the same, email address may be populated numerous times. Enable SM to determine duplicate emails and omit them from the data dump.

  7. Owner Portal Portfolio Tab > under Financial Details section > I want it to show an amount owing line in addition to the last receipt showing, so that owners don't have to refer to their owner ledger and can have a quick summary all on the same screen

  8. It would be useful to be able to distribute other documents (not produced in STRATA master) in the same way the 'Distribute Agenda' screen works. For example if a NCAT document has been received and needs to be sent to all owners, it is a time consuming task to work out who receives it via post, who via e-mail, print the labels, do a quick report, export to excel to copy and paste the e-mail addresses.

    There is now a ‘Notices’ contact group in the Bulk Communications Wizard that uses Notice contacts with a delivery preference of email.

  12. Currently there is only an option to print these out. Please provide an email option/capability as well, because there is already an option to email levies notices, however there is no option to email Annual notice of levies.

  13. User Role field on the login page - could this be changed form 'Executive member' to 'Committee member' this would be great - just to reflect the change in legislation from 30/11/2016

  14. Would like the functionality to be the same as how it is done in the Committee Tab with a button on the lot tab. It would also be helpful if this could distinguish who wants correspondence via e-mail and who wants it via post. The bulk message function currently in SM does not have this option.

  15. We really need a Section 55 reporting function in the next release and we need to be told if it is coming or not, because if it isn't we need to make our own arrangements. I have heard from other Strata companies that when the Office of Fair Trading is out auditing companies, they are already asking to see the Section 55 report.

  16. Needs to allow Strata Committees to print a Strata Committee Meeting Attendance Register for their meetings. They need to be able to work out who is entitled to vote and backdate that information to the date the agenda was issued.

  18. Ability for sub-meter services accounts to be included in the meeting arrears calculation.
    This is an issue in that the legislation is clear in stating that any moneys recoverable by the Act (due at the time the Notice is issued) are to be paid before the meeting for an owner to be financial. I have checked with one of our lawyers here to confirm what they mean by recoverable by the Act and it would seem that if a by-law is registered on the Strata Plan, then that forms part of the legislation for that scheme and is therefore recoverable…
