Bulk email owners
Bulk Emailing - currently SM does a data dump of all email addresses attached to the lot owner card and populates them in Outlook. Where owners own multiple lots and contact details are the same, email address may be populated numerous times. Enable SM to determine duplicate emails and omit them from the data dump.

It would be good to have the ability to select all owners and SMS/email them all in the event of a building fault.
