Document distribution
It would be useful to be able to distribute other documents (not produced in STRATA master) in the same way the 'Distribute Agenda' screen works. For example if a NCAT document has been received and needs to be sent to all owners, it is a time consuming task to work out who receives it via post, who via e-mail, print the labels, do a quick report, export to excel to copy and paste the e-mail addresses.

We are happy to let you know that your suggestion has been released.
There is now a ‘Notices’ contact group in the Bulk Communications Wizard that uses Notice contacts with a delivery preference of email.

Please note you will need to upgrade to Strata Master Version 11.5 to use this feature.
