   Our office currently does not use the communication in PT as we are unsure of it. I would like to know more about it and what the email address is if I was to email a tenant from PT? Currently it is a waste of time however we use outlook and then drag and drop emails into PT for the trail

6. Work Orders need a company email address not propertytree@propertytree.com. It needs to be the property manager email or office email

    I believe that already is a thing? When you click the tenant foilio or owner folio you can see the communications tab for that particular contact
