    If number of user licences has been reached, when another user opens up SM, the application should check if user licence is going to be exceeded. If so, then a warning should appear on login screen that users licence being exceeded, rather than having the user have to enter their login details and having SM validate those details prior to the licence exceeded message appearing.

    It is frustrating that SM allows multiple sessions of SM running and causing no.of user to exceed no. of licence. Can anything be done in SM?

    Can you please add an enhancement request to have the proxy register and meeting attendance register provide a space to input a substitute proxy in accordance with the new subscribed form: http://www8.austlii.edu.au/cgi-bin/viewdoc/au/legis/nsw/consol_reg/ssmr2016333/sch1.html

    It does take time to print the business level, management statistic reports from quick reports. A high-level dashboard that can be flexible in what it displays would be useful.

    There should be levels of access/authorisation like there is in REST. Some of the reports that you can pull off from SM are management statistic reports that not all members of staff need to see. If levels of access were developed for SM they would need to be more flexible than they are in REST as they are too restrictive.

    Posting levies takes too long we have to batch it due to the volume of lots. Not only does it take a long time but our printers also do not have the memory capacity to deal with that amount of data.

    Issuing of levies is far too slow. I currently have to process the levies in batches because if the process "falls over" it is too much work to try and work out at which point it went wrong. It also leaves that particular user not being able to use STRATA Master whilst the levies are being issued.

    Would like more customisation abilities. I currently have two branches) but want more in the future, I cannot customise stationary or anything else with one database, I would need to purchase another database.

    We currently have one database but two branches and potentially a third coming soon. We would like ability to customise buildings according to each branch and not have to buy separate databases for each office.

    There needs to be better functionality for multi state buisnesses. We currently have to have more than one database which is costly. The software is not supporting out buisness to grow.

    To enable the Levy Notice/Invoice hard-coded wording 'Cheques should be made payable to 'The Owners Corporation of SP xxxx' to be configurable with a tick option to display or not.

    to enter all correspondence and information about a property maintenance job within the Notes tab of the job. some jobs will last for months with quotes and correspondence going back and forth. there isn't enough space in that field so perhaps character limit could be increased. Alternative suggestion of creating separate action/diary notes for each conversation makes it difficult to read and navigate, it would be more tidy if all notes pertaining to one maintenance job could be under the one area.

    Suggest that the levy address and the notices address should be separate on the strata/association roll, as these may differ. Also if there is an address for a real estate agent on the card to receive levies or correspondence, their email address should be shown if this is a service of notice address.

    Configure meeting types.: currently we can't change.
    Want to be able to create our own meeting type through configuration. There’s no option for AAGM or SCM. For meeting types of AAGM - adjourned Annual General Meeting and SCM - Strata Committee Meeting

    Ability to create addition meeting types. Currently only AGM, GM and EC. Would like to be able to create others so they can be pre populated with motions rather than having to amend motions each time they have an inaugural meeting, as their "GM" template is currently set up for Special General Meetings which are different motions to an inaugural gen meeting.

    Where additional addresses have been recorded for a building within Corp > Structure tab > Other Addresses. It would be great to allow for Quick Reports > Corporations to show the additional building addresses Currently Quick Reports will only show the address entered into the Corp > General tab

    Quick Reports - it would be good to have the option to search Lots that have Interim Reports due.

    Interim Reporting - to be able to run a report to show which plans are due for their interim reports to be produced. Maybe to have an extra column in Quick Reports to show the date they were last run.
