New property field request - Year Built
We would like to have a merge field available that allows us to record the year the property was built. We require this information to be able to track our portfolio and ascertain low medium and high risk for asbestos and lead contamination throughout our portfolio. This would be hugely helpful rather than have to record this information separately.

Merge Owner/Property/Tenant docs into email templates
Considering we can assign a Document Type to a Document, it would be so handy to be able to setup email templates that automatically attach the document type to the email template.
For example: I receive a signed MAA back from the owner. I want to send a templated welcome email to the owner and include a copy of the signed MAA. I should be able to upload the MAA as Document Type "Management Agreement" and assign that doc type to the email template.
Then it would always attach the MAA to the welcome email across all owners.

Dashboard to filter by days in arears
To add a filter to the dashboard for days in arrears so you can choose how many days in arrears it shows.

Larger list on Fee Editor
The list on the Fee Editor is currently displayed in the top half of the screen only, not maximising the available space on the page.

Only Account Holder Receives Alert for overdue Property Tree Subscription Invoice
It is ridiculous that every employee receives the big red alert on their login to alert them that the account is overdue. I just had an employee quit for fear that our business is going under, when we just needed to update our bank details! Only the account holder should receive the notification that the payment was unsuccessful and an option to re-run the payment
