1. Task Category reverting back to 'All' on Task Management screen, after selection made on Task Notifications column

   When selecting a Task Category within the Task Notifications column, then client ‘View All’, the Category selection on the Task Management screen reverts back to ‘All’.

   It would be great if the behaviour is consistent/the same as when selecting ‘View’ on a Dashboard, which is taking you to the selected report while keeping the filters as selected on the Dashboard.

2. Automated Water Usage Calculation and Forecasting for Vacating Tenants

   Feature Overview:
   The proposed feature involves the automatic calculation and forecasting of water usage for tenants who are about to vacate a property. This would be based on their past water bills and would provide an estimate of the total water usage and cost from the last payment date to the vacate date.

   Feature Details:

   Data Collection: The feature would first gather data from the latest water bills available for the tenant.

   Average Daily Usage Calculation: It would then calculate the average daily water usage based on these bills.

   Usage Forecasting: Using the average daily usage, the feature would forecast the total water usage from the last payment date to the vacate date.

   Cost Estimation: Finally, it would estimate the total cost based on the forecasted usage and the current water price.

   This feature would automate a task that property managers often have to do manually, saving them time and reducing the potential for errors. It would also provide a more accurate and fair calculation of water usage costs for vacating tenants.

   I believe this feature would be a valuable addition to Property Tree and would greatly enhance its utility for property managers.

3. notification rent has been paid

   It would be great if you could set up an alert that pops up as a notification for an allocated user when a specific tenant pays their rent (it would be better if you could chose on an individual basis which user receives the notification). It would only be on properties that you manually choose the notification to appear (not every tenant/property).

   We have quite a few tenants that have outstanding items that can only be completed when they pay their rent, so currently we have to open every tenant card manually every day to check after the bank rec is done, which is very time consuming.

4. Display by priority in profile

   Ability to flag if a note is important and it appears at the top of the list, maybe by priority level (high, medium, low). Also flag overdue items in the profile list

7. Unpin Notes in Bulk

   Ability to unpin notes in bulk (search for all pinned notes in the find note section and edit the request). Can currently see the alert date but not if it's pinned). When changing pin selection in the notes area it does not unpin it, must be done in the flag
