Easily re-assign work order to new trade
When we assign a trade and send a work order to a trade, it would be handy to have the option to unassign and re-assign a new trade to the same without having to delete and re-create the job.

To be able to add a maintenance issue when in the inspection details page, before closing the inspection. As follow up items generally turn into maintenance requests, it would be handy if there was more of an integration.

Inspection summary should default to a month ahead, not just two weeks
Inspection summary should default to a month ahead, not just two weeks. We always have to set the date to, before the date from to look further than two weeks ahead, as the from date is always two weeks prior

Sending owner report to owner and tenant report to tenant at conclusion of routine inspections
Choose to only send the owner report (PDF) to the owner and the tenant report to the tenant at the conclusion of routine inspections. At present all reports go to both parties
