  1. In Maintenance under quotes requested, it would be good if you could delete or cancel a quote request if creditor advises that they don't do specific request. Or at least be able to tick a box cancelled and see it in the request area.

  3. Having a drag box in the work order will allow photo's of jobs to be attached, making it easier for the tradies.

  5. The Street used to appear as a column, and made scheduling much easier! Please bring it back as we have a number of properties on the same streets and want to ensure we schedule appropriately. Please!

  6. Have the option to create an inspection notice for the ownership with all the same triggers as the tenant - tentative, proposed and confirmed. At the moment its just confirmed and this is very restrictive.

  7. The work order format is too long, you need to scroll down to the send and completed button and if you put an information banner up along the bottom of the page you can’t see the buttons at all and risk not sending the work order out. I suggest a shortening of the page format so we can see the send and complete buttons without scrolling. The whole work order sending is very long anyway, too many steps and the scrolling down to send a work order is a step too far.

  9. Asset Tab Under Property.

    Section like compliance where we can add all the details of the assets in the property such as ovens, air cons, cooktops etc. Be able to list installed date, warranty date, supplier/installer, Make & Model, photo of the serial plate and item. Copy of the purchase invoice.

    This way we know exactly when assets were added and when they are under warranty too. This will help for QCAT/bond claims when items such as carpet is damaged as we can keep track of when it was installed.

  10. When we assign a trade and send a work order to a trade, it would be handy to have the option to unassign and re-assign a new trade to the same without having to delete and re-create the job.

  11. To have the ability to log out a key to a creditor via the maintenance request screen. This would link the signed-out key to the creditor and have it linked to the maintenance order.

  12. Need to be able to make it clear that the creditor will not attend or doesn't do job. Maybe be able to cancel this job and make note on top very clear to see and read when going into the maintenance area

  13. The ability to click through from the maintenance tab (link) to B&A if this is what is being used, again reduces the additional clicks/steps in the process to navigate through the program.

  14. To be able to add a maintenance issue when in the inspection details page, before closing the inspection. As follow up items generally turn into maintenance requests, it would be handy if there was more of an integration.

  17. Inspection summary should default to a month ahead, not just two weeks. We always have to set the date to, before the date from to look further than two weeks ahead, as the from date is always two weeks prior

  18. Choose to only send the owner report (PDF) to the owner and the tenant report to the tenant at the conclusion of routine inspections. At present all reports go to both parties
