  4. It would be great to be able to update a Work Order status back to a Quote Request. (Scenario where a creditor was sent out to complete a repair for example, and a replacement was required, so a quote was submitted)

  5. The ability to click through from the maintenance tab (link) to B&A if this is what is being used, again reduces the additional clicks/steps in the process to navigate through the program.

  6. Would be efficient to be able to attach multiple trades to the one work order after the quote request stage rather than creating a new work order to each - for example, once you set the status to work order, and then find this creditor cannot complete the work, you have to cancel the job and add a new job with a new creditor. Would be much easier to be able to change the creditor and resend the current work order information.

  9. Pre- tick sending inspection reports to "owner" type only in inspection emails to ownership entity. It currently pre-ticks to send to all ownership entities eg. Emergency contacts.

  12. When bulk updating routine inspections it would be good to have a filter field of the date of when the property was last inspected.

    It would also be good to have a stoplight system when completing the report/sending to owner to show how frequently the property needs to be inspected due to various issues i.e. green - 9 months for good tenants, amber - 6 months for average tenants, red - 3 months for below average tenants or buildings that require a higher level of monitoring.

  13. We want to be able to flag when an invoice has been sent to the owner for payment, it's confusing when looking at closed maintenance where no invoice is linked or entered as a disbursement so a tickbox "Invoice Sent to Owner" when completing the job would be helpful

  14. Client has requested that work orders be updated to include a issue date so that creditors have a clear record of what date they were given the job. And also, if this comes up at tribunal they will need to show when it was issued.

  15. Routine inspections should not be able to be closed in PT without first attaching the report.
    There should be a warning pop up telling you that you cannot close inspection until report is attached.
    This will help when staff leave that you know the reports are there and inspections have not just been closed without doing the inspections.
    Would also help in disputes/tribunals as evidence

  16. It would be great if in configuration you can add multiple inspection frequency scenarios, i.e. one for 3 month and one for 6 month.
    Then when adding in a property or tenancy there is an option to select which frequency that particular property/tenant is on.

    Currently I am setting notes with reminders to update after each inspection and then resetting a note as most of my inspections are 3 monthly but there is a number of owners that only require 6 monthly. Not only does this involve more admin time, it could easily be removed from the alerts or missed.

    Hi Tash, thanks for your suggestion. I was wondering if you were aware that in the inspection tab on the tenancy, if you click the edit pencil you can override the company default (of 3 months as an example, and set this tenants inspections to 6 month frequency), so it will look to this when doing the updates. I hope this helps in the interim - as this would be a good option to have against the property, so that when tenants come and go, the set frequency for that property would remain.   17. Will Property Tree have the option of doing all inspections through Property Tree so we dont need to have another program for Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine inspections.

  18. Reports for inspections dont need to show the cancelled ones- we should be able to remove them from the report.

    Note: Currently you can filter to just see "routine" inspections (excluding ingoings and outgoings), and the "in progress" Status, however this will exclude closed inspections from the report alongside cancelled.
