  1. When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.

  2. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  3. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

    1. I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
    2. Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

  5. Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

  9. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

  11. Currently when a quote request is sent, the quote comes back, you attach it to the request. If it is decided not to go ahead with that quote, you press the "complete Job" button on the quote request, but it does not complete it, it cancels it and automatically sends the cancellation to the contractor. Then I get phone calls from the contractors saying they have already been to the job and quoted. Its very frustrating. We just need to be able to complete it off from the maintenance list without cancelling or emailing the contractors.

  12. It's possible to bulk edit inspections for each individual status, but not for the ones that have 'No Current Inspection' set.

    Having the bulk edit also for that status, would allow better efficiency in getting the inspections up to date.

  13. Creditor invoices that have been created via Maintenance Partner sometimes need to be cancelled for various reasons but cannot be cancelled within Property Tree. Some reasons why they need to be cancelled:

    • user error
    • incorrect duplicate maintenance jobs created which then have duplicate invoices
    • manually created creditor invoice and paid and now can't cancel the API created invoice
    • Creditor invoice paid outside of Property Tree

  14. Please could we have the ability to cancel and archive several work orders at once rather than having to click into them one at a time. We are in the stages of cleaning up our system and have multiple pages to archive and have only found we can do this one by one which is not an efficient method. Thankyou

Currently when adding a creditor to the quote request there is a "X" next to them but once the quote request has been sent you can not clear this creditor without cancelling the whole job or approving another quote. I have an instance where multplie contractors are not able to attend to quote on a job and I can clear them off the quote request which now has 7 creditors attached to it. If the creditor advises they can not quote on the job there should be an option to cancel that creditor off the job.

  16. When work orders are downloaded there is no date on them. recipients are complaining that there is no date for the creation on the work order. When you download the existing work order it makes the creation date the day you download it not the actual date you create the work order.
    The date would and could be relevant for any tribunal issues for repairs and maintenance at tribunal.

  17. Can we please have a field to add the property managers/user email to a quote request? Without it, a creditor only has the propertytree@propertytree email address and doesn't know who to send the quote to within the agency.
