  1. When issuing a work order for a tradesperson, we should be able to select a due date that they need to have this completed by. If they don't complete it by this due date, we can then filter through overdue work orders and follow up from there.

  2. On the dashboard have an inspection summary.

    Show stats like:
    Inspections Overdue (Confirmed and passed their inspection date)
    Inspections incomplete (Tentative and passed tentative date)
    Inspections confirmed for the next 30, 60 & 90 days;
    Inspections cancelled per month
    Properties with no inspections
    Number of days since last inspection closed

  3. Please add the creditors business name on the quote request email. Sometimes we CC'ed ourselves on the quote to outlook email. Its impossible to search or find the particular quote sent especially if we sent a few quotes for the same property, unless we check PT.

  5. Remove the "Manage your inspections here." hard-coded message from routine inspection emails so Tenants can't make changes to the set inspection time unless they contact the office.

  6. When creating a new Inspection for a tenant it would be great to be able to have Tenant Assisted Inspection as an option - currently it is only Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing. When looking at a tenant profile and an inspection is in the confirmed stage we can not tell if it is a Tenant Assisted Routine or an Agent Routine which is booked.

  7. In Maintenance under quotes requested, it would be good if you could delete or cancel a quote request if creditor advises that they don't do specific request. Or at least be able to tick a box cancelled and see it in the request area.

  9. It would be great to have another inspection type 'follow-up inspection' we can use for return inspections. The reason being, it would then be able to be scheduled without taking the next scheduled routine out of the system which unfortunately can result in an error putting it back in after the follow-up is complete. The follow up should be it's own separate type and schedule. That way it can be scheduled after a routine without affecting the next routine.

  10. When selecting a creditor on a work order, the faint blue is so hard to see - i click on and off it a few times to make sure i have a creditor attached.

  11. In order to create an ingoing inspection for a new tenant in PropertyTree, the tenant has to be first converted. To convert a tenant, information from a signed lease needs to be entered. In NSW, it is a legal requirement for an ingoing inspection to be completed and given to the tenant BEFORE a lease is signed.

    There should be an option to create an ingoing inspection on a prospect, and enter the information to appear on the ingoing there, rather than having to convert the prospect and therefore charge the owner a letting fee, before a lease has been…

    1. I found it's hard to maintain the repairs movements without option to send email/message following up with our trades.
    2. Also the photos uploader only allows photos to be uploaded one by one and no video allowed If these two features can be added, this will be very helpful.

  15. Adding routine inspections of a particular date to the map journey planner in property tree to plan your inspections. Or be able to see all your routine inspections in a list and be able to select them and have the map journey planner check the best route to see if I would like to book those inspections for those properties.

  16. While it is nice that Property Tree charge owner the routine inspection fee whenever we finalised a routine inspection report on Inspection Express. However, when we finalised an Entry or Exit Inspection, Property Tree charge the owner the Routine Inspection Fee instead of the Entry/Exit inspection fee.
    Could Property Tree rectify this? Thank you.

  17. Information trail on who updates inspection times and reminders.
    Example - agent moves all to an incorrect date and communications go out - we have no trail on who did this - unless user voluntarily admits to action.

  18. Communications associated with a maintenance job, should be viewable within the maintenance job. Currently, to view any communications linked to a work order, you need to look through the contractor file, rather than the actual maintenance job. This is very time consuming.
