    It would be good to be able to click and record an email wording and AI Word it in what ever tone we would like the email to come accross

  2. Ability to forward or cc/bcc emails into Property Tree

    It would be useful to be able to forward an email thread from your Outlook Inbox to the PT email address, OR reply to the email and cc or bcc in the PT email address, and from there select a profile to archive it against - as a new user to Communications most of our correspondence is still coming via Outlook so to be able to keep record of these in the owner or tenant profile would be great.
