Email, Message or SMS failure alert/pop up
Notify users when any emails, messages or SMS fail rather than having to go and check a list. Perhaps an alert at the top of the page which then produces a list of what needs to be checked. The impact of missing this information is huge, particularly with compliance.
275 votesUpdate: Additional fields have been added to the ‘Status’ drop-down under Communications History to give you more details on email delivery status, this is available to you now. We are continuing to investigate other areas to better notify you of any sending failures.

Forwarding emails in Communication Platform
The new Communications Platform does not have a Forward ability and only has a reply option. Work around: If you reply to the email and replace the email address to the recipient required this will then work as a forward. Would be easier to just have a Forward option.

Out of office reply for portal and comms platform messages
Would be helpful to have an out of office option for messages that are received out of hours. Especially when a tenant is requesting maintenance. We could then include emergency contact details to the email etc
196 votesHi Supporters, we're at the final stage of passing this through to our development team and want to ensure that we have the access levels correct.
There will be an Auto Reply option for each user, that would send the Auto Reply (when active) if an email is received into your inbox (assigned to you). Each user would have access to control their own Auto Reply.
There would also be a Company Auto Reply option, that would send (when active) if an email is received into the Company inbox.
We're after feedback on who needs access to the Company Auto Reply option? Would this be something that would be set and controlled by an Administrator or Super User level only? If so, would it be beneficial for all users to still "see" what the Auto Reply is set to when it's Active? Or could the Company Auto Reply be editable…
