Having the Bio feed through to notes under our contacts in Iphone
I just thought it would be a good idea to have the bio section of the contact record feed through to our APP under the notes section in our Contacts. The reason being if we see someone at the open we can remember anything we need to. It would look impressive eg remembering their kids names etc.

Permanent field in Advertising Copy for Rentals
Just wondering if there could be a permanent message in the advertising copy. For example we would like to have the information about tenants registering for an OFI at the bottom of all our rental ad text.

Automated SMS Loyalty Campaigns
Would be good if you can automate sms within the loyalty campaigns - ie for properties that have sold - have an automated text sent the purchasers two weeks after settlement advising hope you're happy settling into your new home.

Rentals - Under Application option
Could we please have a checkbox included on the Rental Listing Information screen to mark a listing as 'Under Application' (similar to the 'Under Offer' function that is available on the Sales Listing Information screen)? This flag should also be pushed through to the web portals that accept this field. Thank you

Surname for Contacts is not a mandatory field
We have found that you are unable to save a contact in the system if you are entering an enquiry for example, without having anything entered in the surname field.
Often when people enquire, it is rare that they input their surname and therefore typing "Unknown" or putting a small comma or dot in the surname field at present is the only solution.
It would be appreciated if Box and Dice could consider changing the program so that a surname is not an essential field required in order to be able to add a new contact.

Re-scheduling tasks in bulk
It would be great if there was a function in order to re-schedule tasks in bulk. Generally we have up to 15 tasks for a new listing and if circumstances change with time-frames, at present we have to change the date of each task individually. This would save a lot of time.

Property Other Features
At present Property Other Features are shared across all offices in systems with office groups set up.
For brands with offices in a variety of areas (e.g. city and rural), this is resulting in a large list of Property Other Features being created that can be a little cumbersome to work with as the list is long and many of the features are irrelevant for other offices.
At present, a number of the other configurable Property features are unique for office groups (e.g. Buildings/Projects, Property Styles and Property Zones).

Colour Code calendar appointments
Request:
I would like to be able to further colour code my appointments.Details:
At the moment auctions, appraisal and inspections are colour coded in my calendar. I would love to be able to colour code ALL of my appointment types so they do not blur into one (and I would like control over the colours).So I can assign different tasks/appointment types different colours. For example, accounting tasks to be a different colour to sales tasks etc.
This feature will improve all of our staff's time and diary management.

On-screen Identification of Web Portal Loading Fields
A number of offices have recently requested the inclusion of a more intuitive identification system to be used for fields which can be sent through to the web portals (if using web portal loading). At present, it is not immediately clear which fields will/will not be sent to the various web portals. The suggestion has generally been for a colour coding system or something similar to be used.

Link Social Media Profiles to Contact Records
A few agents have asked if clients' social media profiles (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn etc) can be linked to their contact record in Box+Dice.
Sales consultants have expressed that this would be beneficial to them by being able to see the contact's photo in their Box+Dice record to jog their memory.

SMS Report Update
Can we please request the following amendments to the current SMS Reports:
To be able to download 1 full report for all users, rather than one-by-one by user
To be able to export this report to Excel
For the exported report to show which mobile number the SMS was sent from
To be able to see the total number of SMSs sent (rather than seeing the sub-total at the bottom of each page)This would need to be similar to the Blast reports we provide that have

Make Blast viewable online
Enable blast emails to be viewed online so a link can be sent via SMS to those who we don't have email addresses for.

Appraisal Listing Types
At the moment there are only two listing types (Auction/Private Sale) in the Appraisal form. Can we please add all the selections so it matches the Listing Information page of a sale property as these show on the Advertising Campaign - and it looks unprofessional when you are talking about an advertising campaign that you are selling by EOI - but it says Auction or Private Sale at the top of the page!!

Default Deposit Paid of 10%
I would like to suggest that when the sale price is entered, the deposit NOT automatically default to 10% being paid.
The 10% amount is fair enough, but the fact that it automatically defaults to it being paid is concerning because it often is not. If it is not picked up immediately I have staff giving out the incorrect information and letters advising the wrong info – its caused a few issues.

Upload a Contract of Sale once into a Project instead of into each unit within the project that has not sold/settled.

Private Inspections Functionality
Currently, when you add an inspection… ie Open Home… you set date/time etc… and once added… B+D sends the attached agents an email with the iCal invite (to add to the Calendar).
When you do the above, and check Private Inspection on the pull down menu, it does the same (as above)… sends an iCal etc… but doesn’t allow for the user to add any details (ie Buyer via Contacts).
What we do currently is add the Inspection… Private Inspection… then add an Appointment for the same property at the same time.
Would be great if when selecting Private Inspection…
