Send attachments on blast emails
As a consultant I want to be able to attach files to a Blast Campaign the same way I can attach files to a normal email from Box+Dice so that I can include relevant documents like Contracts, SOIs or Brochures and get engagement data about them.

As a user of multiple complex advertising templates, I would like to be able to enter a template name of longer than 30 characters
So that these can be entered accurately and quickly, they enter these as advertising campaign templates, which need to describe both the contents and the office. The advice that the current limit of 30 characters makes this very difficult, and the resulting names hard to understand.
Suppliers and Items can both have very long names (>60 characters)

Auto Alert for receipt added
If an auto alert could go to our marketing team when advertising is receipted, they will know straight away when money has come in and can move forward with the marketing campaign.

Additional building/project details
Can we please have an option to be able to enter building/project details that are applied across all properties are linked to a building?
For example:
- Body Corp Details/Manager
- Amenities
- # of apartments
- Known issues
- Year built
- # of storeys
- Car park style/entrance instructions (e.g. stacker or need swipe to enter)
- Title details (e.g. apartments and car parks/storage on same title or not and also if parking is under a lease arrangement, company title etc etc)

View contact filtering on pending blast emails
As a marketing or database manager, our agents must seek approval when sending a blast email to a larger group of contacts, to ensure they are sending appropriate messaging to the right recipients, and not accidentally spamming our entire database.
It would be extremely helpful to be able to view what contact filtering the agent used while I am viewing the pending blast email, so that I can easily identify whether they have done so correctly. Just knowing the total number of recipients will only help me so much.

Allow blast emails to use second email address
As an agent who has a second email address entered for some of my contacts, I would like to be able to include those in my recipient list when sending a blast email campaign.

365 SMTP email relay option
Scenario - an office uses Microsoft Exchange Online to manage their email.
All emails have an email signature injected into the email at the exchange end.
User data is retrieved dynamically from AD(Active Directory) and used in the signatures.The HTML based signatures for users in Box and Dice is not manageable with so many users and changes that occur (email addresses, titles, mobiles etc.) within a large organisation.
Can a feature be added whereby customers can select to use an external mail relay or SMTP mail server to send out emails from Box and Dice.

SMS Character length restriction
Settings>General>SMS>An option here to be able to restrict the characters/length of an SMS sent. eg 160, 320, 480, unlimited.
Even though there is the counter showing number of characters used, you cannot restrict this is anyway. It would be great to have a settings option whereby admin access staff can set a character limit so we can control the size of SMS's.
Reason: To keep SMS size uniform throughout the company and also cost cutting/no wasted SMSs going out.

Contact search by email address when CC-ing from the Library
When sending an email via a Library template, if I want to CC other contacts I can only search them by name. Whereas when sending a standard email I can also search by mobile or email address.
Often there are several contacts with the same name which makes it very difficult to know if you are selecting the correct contact or not.

See if a contract that was emailed has been opened and how many times
I have found out another program used by a fellow agent in another company allows them to see when the contract has been opened and how many times it has been opened.
I know we can see email blasts openings but being able to see if attachments sent via email through Box and Dice have been opened and how many times would be invaluable to ascertaining a buyer's level of interest if you are struggling to get hold of a buyer.

Listing Calendar of Important Dates
Can we please have a calendar of important dates made available for administration staff that includes all expected settlement dates, expected deposit release dates, deposit balance due dates, authority expiry dates etc?
Admin staff would like to be able to track this information so they can set up meeting invites to go into their Outlook calendars and then only need to be making changes to dates in Box+Dice to changed settlement dates etc and have their calendar update at the same time.

Auto alert notifications hyperlinked to contacts or listings
Please can we request that an auto alert set up with a contact name or property could be click-able and take you to the contact or property in Box + Dice.

Add Sale Price merge field to the Purchaser Added auto alert
As an admin I'd like to be able to use a [Sale Price] merge field in the Purchaser Added auto alert. This field is available in a couple of the other Sales alerts.

Icon to allow viewing of password on login page
Now that password security has been updated to require a minimum of 12 characters, it would be very helpful to have an icon available on the login screen to click so you can see what you are typing, the same way that the mobile app has.

Individual agent SMS account
As an agent, I would like to have my own individual SMS account independent of the office account.
Some offices restrict or don't allow an SMS account for various reasons, however individual agents still want to use this facility. Being able to have an SMS account for an individual consultant would give them the tool they want, which they can be solely responsible for paying for, while still respecting the restrictions put in place by the office admin.

Make "under offer" properties visible in Current sales listings section of Blast
At present we do a weekly blast to all our database with a list of all the properties we have listed sold etc. Unfortunately if a property is for sale it's visible and if it's sold or unconditional its visible but not if it's under offer with the purchasers details inserted. I have been told to hold off on placing the purchasers details in, but then we are unable to receipt their deposit so they must be inserted.
At the end of the day under offer properties are still visible on all our websites in the for sale areas but…

Customise format and text content of system emails
I would like to be able to customise the default message text of the various emails which can be sent from the system using a 'Send PDF via E-mail' button.
I would also like to be able to set my preferred default font and size for these emails.

Increase size of blast content box edit screen
It would be great when editing a Content box in a blast email if it was a larger screen so you can easily navigate. Currently the content box is quite small and hard to move around.

Auto Alert for bulk searches
There are auto alerts available for downloads into excel & word or the Library, but is it possible to set up an auto alert when a bulk search in general is done? We had an agent do a bulk search but because it wasn't downloaded I didn't receive any notification - he took screen shots and saved into a word doc so was still able to "take" data.
