  1. File Reference to be a searchable field where only the File Reference searched shows on screen.

    At this point in time you can search for a File Reference by using Ctrl+F, but a whole list of properties appear, which then means needing to scroll through the list to find the File Reference required highlighted. Imagine, after years of using Box & Dice how many properties you will need to scroll through to find the highlighted File Reference that you could be searching for. This obviously, is not ideal!

  2. I just recently learnt how to use the Prospecting funtion to map out and add properties in a certain area. However, even if you add your own name as the consultant, the search filters do not work. I explained to the Help Desk I literally just wanted to say add 20 properties, put my name against the propereties and filter by suburb | name. The issue is that unless the property is listed as Appraisal | For Sale etc - it brings up every property in that suburb and every consultant. I don't want to turn them into appraisals as…

  3. Create a new feature to enable or disable depending on agent preference.

    Business Case:
    Rotating the main image on the portal through a few (best) images gains significantly more traffic to the details page of a listing.

    Details:
    B&D would rotate the order of the first (X) photos for a property every (Y) days so that the photo displayed in portal search results (i.e. the first photo) would change. Rather than relying on picking the best photo, the agent would pick perhaps 5 good photos to be rotated through.

  5. When a listing is uploaded to Box+Dice, the current Enterprise Importer logic is as follows:

    Find a Property from a XML file by its address (doesn't support lot numbers).

    Update the Property information (if something changed, e.g. beds/baths, house/land sizes, etc).

    Find a Sales Listing by uniqueID. If not found - try to find it by the Property address (like in step 1).

    Update the Sales Listing information (e.g. prices, office, external reference ID, etc).

    This can (and has) caused issues in a multi-office/office group system environment.

  6. Issue

    With the increase in support of Property Management in Box+Dice, users are starting to look at setting up alerts and loyalty campaigns which reference consultants on Rental Appraisals and Rental Listings.
    Currently, only consultants related to Sales Appraisals & Listings can be used.
    The currently available Role 'Appraisal Activity Consultant' refers only to Sales Appraisals

    Outcome

    Provide functionality to allow use of 'Rental Appraisal Activity Consultant' and 'Rental Listing Activity Consultant' Roles with Loyalty Campaigns.
    It would seem logical to do the same for Auto Alerts as well.

  7. Examples of use cases

    1. The client has imported or inherited data, and wants to tidy it up. He wants to clean up the list of available custom Property Features, but cannot remove any which are already applied to properties. He has no way to find those properties to remove those unwanted features except by checking them all individually.

    2. The client wants to prospect his Owned properties (which may not actually be listed) for certain criteria as he has a very keen buyer looking for something specific.

  8. When any special conditions are added to a sale, they have a Due Date field. It would be great to also have a Satisfied Date field, to record when this condition was actually satisfied in the case it was not by the due date.

  9. When adding a Sold By Other transaction, we are prompted to enter the Settlement Date. We may not know this information, and would prefer to enter the Sold Date instead. Could an additional field be made available for this, and then the transaction date on the property show whichever is latest?

    As a client

    given the very popular and regular practice of agents providing Links to Pest and building Reports in much the same way as we do contracts of sale I suggest it is time Box N Dice added this option and functionality on the system.

    So we can simply click a “SEND P and B” button and it will send the link and record that they have been sent a Pest and Building. In this way you can also search buyers who have Purchased a Pest and building report.

  11. Given that we are expecting a slight downturn in the market – we thought it would be beneficial to have a ‘Cancelled Auction’ Toggle – similar to the ‘Pass in Toggle’ where we could mark an auction as cancelled before changing it to a private sale.

    This would assist with reporting and tracking Auction Results.

  12. When viewing the project summary screen we can see the total number of units, appraisals, listings, reservations, sales.
    It would be handy to also see the total number of registered buyers across all listings within the project here, to enhance our vendor reporting.

  13. I would find if very helpful if the companies watermark could be selected to be added to photos from B+D. It will ensure everyone in the company is using the same watermark and it is put in the correct position on the photo. Agent could then also then decide it they require it all photos or just the main photo.

  14. As an Admin user

    I would like to be able to allow Staff (Open) and Staff (Office) to edit the Solicitor/Conveyancer Information without being able to edit any other information in the listing

    Business Case:

    Only Admins should be allowed to edit Listing Information, to ensure the Listing Information posted online is compliant.

  15. Being able to add a large number of apartments or units at the same street address is great, however if the apartment number contains a letter this function doesn't work.

    For example: "101-105" works to create 101, 102, 103, 104, 105.
    but there is no way to bulk create G101, G102, G103, G104, G105 all at once.

  16. We would like to print the property attributes on a report. The idea is that an agent would go to the property and tick the sheet with attributes and bring back for office admin to enter into the listing. i.e pool, A/C etc.

    It would be ideal if this report could contain the exact options available on the property (advanced fields, views, materials, features, styles) including custom ones we have added into settings.

  17. Often the size of a contract document is of a large file size and in some cases need to be saved in multiple documents, rather than just one document.

    Can the system be changed to allow the contract to be uploaded into more than one file and/or increase the allowed file size; and be able to 'send all' docs marked as Contract out from the Agent App.

The current system functionality is such that when a sale is cancelled (i.e. a purchaser has pulled-out of a sale) the Purchaser Activity is changed to Purchaser-Cancelled and the Vendor-Sold Activity is changed to Vendor-Cancelled. All of the sale details remain on the Sales Voucher allowing the cancelled transaction to be viewed again at any time.

    If the Listing is placed back on the market immediately, the standard process is to reinstate the same Listing ensuring all campaign details are retained on the same Listing record including any IDs for web portal loading etc.

  19. Is it possible to make this a mandatory field on appraisals? It would help with reports etc so that you are able to gain an idea of where your appraisals/listings are coming from so you know where to concentrate your time.
