  1. View the permissions for each contact in the RH navigation column of their record, rather than click the “Edit” button to view.
    To avoid marketing emails/SMS being sent to contacts, when they have explicitly requested not to receive them, or they have unsubscribed.

It would be great if user levels ie Manager, Manager (Open), Admin and Franchise Admin could use the columns in the contact screen to pull through the My Contact consultant that the client is assigned to as opposed to searching per agent to get the result we are after. For example, searching for categories is any of - Physical Mail with letters permitted, we'd love to be able to pull over the My Contact Consultant full name, not initials so we can download and arrange a mail merge for a letter.

  3. As a BDM I would like to be able to filter for contacts in my system who own a property that is not their residential address and that is not currently under management by my agency, and to be able to also filter/order this by number of properties owned

  5. A top operator who uses another CRM is able to have his pipeline printed in the following format:

    Page 1:
    Clients Name
    Contact information
    Properties owned
    Full note and timeline history

    Page 2
    Clients Name
    Contact information
    Properties owned
    Full note and timeline history

    Having one A4 page printed per contact is powerful.

    It allows us to write notes onto each page after a phone call, and then we can add the notes into the CRM at a later date.

    It also allows us to go somewhere quiet and review each contact properly.

    In Vault and My Desktop, there is an option to create automatic buyer lead responses per listing.

    This allows you to create listing information that is not currently available online. For example, the client wants the listing to show as current on the portals, but when a contact enquiries they would receive information such as "This property is currently Under Contract"

    Having the listing as current online allows for more interaction with the listing than if it was advertised as Under Contract.

  7. Currently the Plezzel integration enables web lead inquiries to be captured in Box+Dice as Buyer Leads for Sales listings, however not for project listings.

  10. As a consultant making calls I want to address a client by their correct name when they answer the phone so that they know they are familiar to me.

    At the moment the Firstname is the only name visible on the contact screen so I would as to speak to that formal name eg/ Trinh rather than the name they go by, eg/ Rose.

    Another example - Nikolaos is his legal name but he goes by Nick. I wouldn't know this unless I clicked Edit Contact Details.

As a salesperson who likes to use the type of note to filter last contact I would like the system to make it easier for me to select the correct note type - phone, other, etc by putting this on the critical path to making a note on the Contact screen in the CRM. At the moment the note type selection is an afterthought and often forgotten which undermines the effectiveness of the filters based on kind of contact.

    A recent E-Alert that went out from our account via B+D to compatible potential buyers for a particular listing had 6 unique people clicked through to view the listing. The feature request then is to set up 'ingestion' of these clicks over to the Buyer Leads section of the listing...

  15. At the moment there is only the ability to filter Buyer Leads by contract requested and offer made as per below.

    It would be good to be able to add additional filters like:

    1. Requested or Sent Building and Pest Inspection Report

    2. Requested or Sent Due Diligence Information

    3. Registered for Auction

    4. Requested or Sent EOI/Tender Offer Form

    I would like a new field in B+D for gender
    In order to correctly address a contact

    At the moment we can only select male and female genders. This is required to be updated as a lot of people do not identify as either.

    Having another field available to select, will help the agent to correctly address the contact when they are communicating with them.

  17. As a send of Advertising Invoices to Vendors via email from B+D I want the attachment name to be meaningful to the recipient so that they are not confused and the communication is more user-friendly.

    At the moment, the attachment is named after the template selected, which also means that every attachment to every client from the same template will bear the same name.

    If I am sending two different emails to a client with two different invoices attached those attachments are indistinguishable by name and the client has no need to know that I chose the 'without payment options'…

  18. Can a hyperlink or else Contact ID be added to the system email alert triggered when the Consultant for the 'My Contact' category is changed against a Contact, as a result of merging duplicate contacts?

    When multiple contacts in the system share the same First and Last name, it’s difficult to determine which merged Contact the auto alert email relates to.

    The addition of a Contact hyperlink (or else a Contact ID) to the system email alert would help users to precisely identify which merged Contact the alert relates to.

  19. 1/ It would be great if, when adding a contact we could also select as a solicitor (not just person or company) - rather than having to go in though settings/genera/sales/etc
    2/ Also there are some current contact that are solicitors but not recognised as such - would be great if we could have the ability to change from 'company' to 'solicitor'

  20. Would it be possible to have the legal name of a contact pull through as the name listed on all documents generated - ie account sale reports, instead of just the general letters.

    Otherwise just the client 'name' appears which may not be sufficient for accounting / legal purposes on all documents.

    You do not always need to input a legal name, however when you do it is often because it is required. And you would want this legal name to pull through to all documents relating to this client/sale.
