Set the default as "phone" note for notes
We would love to be able to set a phone note as the default for notes as this is the main type of recorded contact.

New ACL created for Timeline Entry – Edit (own office)
We are hoping to have a new ACL created for Timeline Entry – Edit (own office)
Largely the new ACL is to assist in the case of human error.
Some staff are either entering wrong information or including typos and bad grammar when adding notes to the buyer register via their iPad.
Our goal is to have members of the same sales team, or select members of the office, be able to edit these incorrect notes before they are sent to the vendor in a report.

Contact Timeline activity Compact View
Currently, all activities are shown on a contact timeline, which can be very long if a contact has a large amount of activity.
As an admin user,
I would like, the option to change the display of the contact timeline, similar to how Outlook and other software allow for the view to be either
1. Standard - View remains as it currently is, showing all activity
2. Compact - 2 lines with an option to drop down the rest of the information

Default columns for table view in contact screen
I would like to be able to set a default view for columns in the table view on the contacts screen.

Integrate email with Box and Dice
As an Admin user and Sales Agent :
I would like to be able to integrate my email (outlook/gmail) with Box and Dice.Business Case:
Emails can be sent directly from Box and Dice however the responses and subsequent replies need to be manually copied into the system from the staff members email provider. It is time consuming to do this and the step often gets missed, resulting in entire conversations with clients that are not recorded in Box and Dice and reducing it’s effectiveness as the “single source of truth” for a business.

Allow for "Send Later" when sending emails
As a selling agent
I want a “Send later” option for my transactional and marketing emails
So that I can schedule my ‘regular’ emails to be sent at a later time, same as I can for SMS and BlastRequirements
In the “Send email” modal, add the ability for a user to schedule an email to be sent at a later date/time, to match the functionality available to SMS and Blast.
In the contact timeline, for emails scheduled to be sent in future, show the email event as:
“An Email message will be sent,
From: [sender]
Subject: [subject]
[consultant] [time…

Help me sort the buyers who have inspected from the others
As a sales consultant trying to segment buyers using the buyer Activities I want to be able:
a. Filter by ‘last inspection date’ in the contacts filter screen for all properties and consultants (nice to have would be subfilters for property and consultant), and
b. Add a ‘last inspection date’ for all properties and consultants column to the contact filter screenSo that I can a) isolate only recent inspectors (vs enquiries and unqualified referrals) and b) prioritise that segment based on the recency of their inspection activity.

Create leads from portals in real time
Recent changes mean that leads captured through REA and Domain are no longer added to Box+Dice in real time.
Statistically, the faster a lead is contacted, the better the rate of connection and conversion.
Please bring back real time lead ingestion, this is a massive inconvenience.

Show on Contact timeline whether sent SMS was marketing or non-marketing/transactional
When viewing sent SMS details on a Contact's timeline , it’s not possible to determine if the SMS was flagged as marketing or non-marketing/transactional.
Can this please be included as part of the SMS details showing on the timeline?

"Branded" sender
It is currently possible to have a buyer receive a message from a sender name - it would also be good to do this for bulk messaging to contacts so the brand can be enforced rather than the individual. Especially if an agent leaves, a brand text can be sent to their contacts

Being able to search contacts that have had no updates
The previous filters had the option of being able to search contacts that had no updated notes within a date range - it would be good to still be able to do the search to find "orphan data" to allow potential follow up

Sent emails not showing in buyer notes
When sending one email to multiple buyers on the buyers leads screen it is hard to tell who it has already been sent to. If an icon could be added next to the thumbs to say who has received an email ( the email icon or a tick) that would help to avoid double up of emails. The only way to see if the email has been sent is if you click on the buyers name and it opens there profile to the normal section with the notes, you have to click on their name again and go behind for…

Categories in search screen results
While detailed searches can be performed based on Categories (for Contacts) and Tags (for Listings/Appraisals), it would be helpful for prospecting if we could also see these in the search results.
ie, in Contacts screen add a new column for Categories which includes all assigned categories (and the linked consultant),

2nd email address - search bar
Please add functionality of being able to search the Email2 option in the contact edit modal
Our agents have many clients with two email addresses listed therefore it is frustrating that it does not appear when searching.

Deceased (Relationship)
The deceased function alerts the user in most places on the system.
It would be useful if it showed in the relationships field on related clients
eg: Mary is the mother (deceased) and Eddie is the son
On Eddie's record where Mary is listed as a relationship it does not currently show deceased

Contact> Multiple Mobile fields on contact details

Android contact sync on mobile
Currently syncing contacts only works for IOS devices.
Could you look at getting this working on android devices as well please for both contacts and calendar entries?

I would like to be able to filter and sort my contacts by the date they were last contacted
