Alert trigger based on "Campaign Start Date"
I would like to be able to configure alerts based on the campaign start date / when a listing goes online; for example:
notify a staff member when a listing goes online and include certain information such as the vendor details.
notify a staff member to call a vendor when their listing has been on the market for more than X days.

We wanted to set up an automated email to the vendor when the listing goes online. The trigger 'Property Launched to Web Portal' goes off for each portal - so the vendor will receive 9 emails if we have 9 portals. Can we have a trigger that will go off just once, for the very first portal upload?
Also, we want it to come from sales marketing which is the Activity consultant and want them to be blind cc’d in the email but we want also the listing consultant 1 and ideally 2 to get the same email. Is that a possibility?
