Tick Boxes In All Scroll Items
Any item that you are required to scroll down needs a tick box alongside each item. For example:- Contact Categories, Property Features, Styles, Building Materials etcetera.
Instead of scrolling down and selecting, then having to scroll down again to select another feature. I think it would be best so that you are scrolling only once and ticking (selecting) each item that you require as you scroll.
Less time consuming!

Change the Property Features selection from a rolling menu to tick boxes.
The rolling menu is clunky to use and is easy to miss features. Being able to quickly tick all that apply and have them feed directly through to portals and partners without needing to double enter them in multiple systems would be a big time saver.
