Homepass
Have used this in the past. Amazing for opens. Would be great if info fed through to buyer contacts.

Agree with Jess, this is definitely something that should take priority for the benefit of agent's user experience

We currently use Domain's platform Homepass for Open Inspections and adding contacts to properties.
With this platform we are able to add necessary documents to a property ie:-
Offer Forms and Searches that are only available to those that register at an Open Inspection via this platform. When the salesperson registers the contact via Homepass each contact gets an automated email via Homepass with these documents and an automated property brochure all attached.
I know you can add documents to listings via Box & Dice, where we can make the documents available on websites which we definitely do not want as we cannot monitor who is looking at these documents particularly when there is sensitive information. Whereas in Homepass, we can! Or, just to the Agent App but these emails we need to be manually set up and physically sent.
It is not an email that we need to set up, it is an automated system generated email for those that register at Open Inspections only.
We as an office think that Box & Dice Contact module should have this feature available and would be more user friendly for our Sales Agents at Open Inspections.
If you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate in making contact.

Hi team, there a pretty significant differences in the user experience from homepass to box+dice and the road map for Box+Dice to catch up is years down the line. For a simple integration I don't think we should have to wait for the app to catch up.

VaultRE has a brilliant iOS kiosk mode for open home registrations.
You guys should copy it.
It simplifies the process and customers are far more likely to use it than scanning a QR code (which causes confusion when customers here in NZ assume the QR it is for the government tracer app and then get frustrated when it doesn't work)
Also your QR code registration system should not 'force' customers to enter both email and phone number, many will lose patience and just exit the app. They will then tell the agent they have registered when they haven't.
