canned responses for auto responder

In Vault and My Desktop, there is an option to create automatic buyer lead responses per listing.
This allows you to create listing information that is not currently available online. For example, the client wants the listing to show as current on the portals, but when a contact enquiries they would receive information such as "This property is currently Under Contract"
Having the listing as current online allows for more interaction with the listing than if it was advertised as Under Contract.
Having 'canned responses' per listing that the agents have full control over is an integral part of their business

Very helpful for manual, generic communication but it does need to be able to be automated for buyer enquiry auto responses.

Hey Supporters,
In an upcoming release 8.6, we are releasing a feature to send Library templates from a listing to any contact connected to the listing, Vendors, Vendor Solicitor, Purchasers, Purchaser Solicitor, Buyer Leads etc, via SMS or Email.
It's not automated but it will allow you to send canned responses to contacts.Can you please provide some feedback on this feature in the new upcoming release?
