automatically assign the My Contact category to all contacts imported to the DB
To have contacts automatically pushed across to activepipe they are required to be in a (My contact) category - meaning they are assigned to an agent.
Currently box and dice does not automatically do this when an agent adds a new contact to the system
Therefore we need to manually enter contacts from box & dice to say activepipe.
I suggest this is reviewed as I feel this is a basic feature the CRM should do when gathering data

Would be great if this could be optimised to allow clients to self enter their own details via a unique link/form tied to consultant ID and have the selected categories apply when the contact is created.

Can we please have an option to set a rule/write a script to automatically add a contact to a specific category when a particular function happens in the system. For example, when a buyer is added to a buyer register, automatically add them to a Buyer Category. Or when a new contact is created, automatically add them to the My Contact category.
Perhaps in a similar way to how auto-alerts are configured.
