Remove: Bank Account Approval Required

Remove the automatic "Palace Bank Account Approval Required"
this is a not-useful, wastes time, and slows down our processes, and it slows down Palace.

    Hi Everyone,

    The bank approval workflow is considered a best practice for safeguarding security when adding or modifying bank accounts within Palace. While we understand it introduces a few additional steps, it also provides a crucial layer of protection for one of the most sensitive parts of the system - bank account details.

    That said, we do offer the option to disable this feature if it's not suited to your needs. If you'd like to proceed, simply reach out to our support team. They'll provide a waiver for you to review and sign before we disable the feature for your database :)
