John Smith is looking for Project Houses, a house to renovate and flip. In his Advanced Criteria under Property Tags I have created Project House and associated with him.
In a couple of properties that need renovation which are different prices, bedroom and land sizes but John Smith is interested in all of these. So in Sales Listing I Property Tag that as a Project House.
At the moment, there’s no efficient way to send a bulk email to all buyers with this specific tag when a suitable property hits the market or has an upcoming open. The only workaround is manually adding each contact to Buyer Leads, which is time-consuming and not scalable.
Suggestion - add a dropdown/tag field within the matching contacts that allows me to add additional contacts to the blast email.
I can create other tags such as Horse lovers, Water Views, Houses ready to buy and rent out, any number of descriptive tags not just price and number of bedrooms.
