  2. The undo button wipes everything you have done, not just the last thing. The formatting is awkward and you can't customise it to your brand.

  3. It is annoying that you cant set a work order to happen in the future and understanding is that reminders are created to remind the client to send out the work order.

  4. On the balance sheet we can 3 different debtors, it would be helpful if we could print off one repot to find out what units, instead of 3 different reports.

  5. It would be great if there could be a GL code for people who want to report it as a revenue rather than expense. This would make the accounts clearer, as it results in lots of lines. The option to exclude the lines from Detailed Expenses would also help.
    Accounting for discounts within SM is difficult in it's own state. Improve the discounting process to give the ability to be able to cancel a discount receipt.

  6. There are too many clicks in quick report, for example to get a report on the agency agreements. Something that has become more important due to the change in legislation. This should be in formatted reports to limit the number of clicks.

  7. It would be wonderful if the Management fees report gave totals by code across the entire portfolio - I currently have to export to excel, sort and then get totals - very inefficent.

  8. Strata Committee Meeting – these are being saved as Executive Committee Meetings. I have been advised to save them as “committee meetings” instead however all my templates are set up for SCM. We need both as we do both Community and Strata.

  10. To generate GST reports for Individual group. The current GST summary reports displays the GST payable split but does not give the GST Detailed Report for the Income/Expenditure split for Groups which the accountant requires to prepare the BAS lodgement.

  12. Being able to issue work orders through the Rockend mobile app and it syncs with the server database. We have a building management division, and this would be very beneficial whilst they are on site, they can take photos and generate a work order. Also with the industry moving to be mobile and clients wanting their strata managers to come and see their building, this will assist the managers in having free time to visit the buildings they manage and organise work on the go.

  13. After a subdivision has occurred, we add the levies for the rest of the year through the levy journal for the new lots rather than cancelling and recalculating through the levy wizard.
    Could the levies added through the levy journal merge to the status certificates.

  17. We feel that the description and invoice number should also be shown in quick reports/payments tab search. A payee and date does not suffice when trying to find one off payments.

  18. When creating new plans, would like the ability to copy the plan data at the time of setup, into a new plan.

    Potential inclusions to this could include:
    - an option when loading new properties to select when multiple OC’s are applicable
    - ability to nominate the number of additional OC’s and load as per normal process but have these linked
    - ability to assign separate bank accounts, ABN’s
    - ability to link lots that are part of multiple OC’s so that when making changes to new owners we can update all associated OC’s at the same time

  19. Contracts, leases, licences, agreements - Services to lot owners, occupiers or the public - Legal notices or orders served on the OC.

  20. Ability to Issue sub meter invoices by email to the Main Contact people for an Owners Corporation, in addition to the additional contacts i.e. Agencies/Tenants/Co-Owners etc. It would be beneficial for Main Contacts and Additional Contacts to be able to receive sub meter invoices, in the same way as Levy Notices may be sent simultaneously.
