  1. Would like an additional column to distinguish if the entry is an owner, tenant or agent by means of O, A, T would be useful. Considering the system can’t distinguish the difference from the property address and an alternate entered address for tenants when generating labels, mail merging etc.

  2. Ability to set the default to the CURRENT month. 99% of the time when I run a financial report I want it to be up-to-date. It currently defaults to the last month end (the monthly reports are done through interim reporting).

  3. You should still be able to choose to issue individual Levy Notices or Owner Statements by email even if the default for the standard quarterly ones are posted. Currently if I wish to email an owner statement or re-send a levy notice that is normally posted I have to change the method of delivery for that lot to email, issue the owner statement and then remember to change the delivery method back. If I try to email without changing the method it claims there is no statement to issue.

  4. Please add sort field for chosen delivery method for notices & minutes delivery, correspondence delivery and levy delivery (you can only select Correspondence delivery method up the top and it is not as a sort field..) would also be nice to select sort fields to remove as it is rather busy.

  6. To add search options for: std levies posted admin; std levies posted sinking; special levies posted admin and special levies posted sinking.
    Special levies posted Capital Works to have the ability to produce one report with totals across all the portfolio.

  7. Improve the way in which the reminders disclose last levy notice printed/emailed when that method of delivery is set all to email or when no budget is set for a fund in the levy cycle. ie. Last notices email/printed does not update on Corp screen when there is a nil balance for the budget in Admin/Capital Works. This will still create reminders for delivery method for levy on the Lot.

  8. Meeting Wizard: Valuation Amount We are using the ‘valuation amount’ merge field which is handy, however it’s not formatted at all. So a valuation that should look like 1,555,888 just looks like 1555888.

  9. Meeting Wizard: Financial Year Merge Field Would it be possible to add a Financial Year START merge field? We use this date in our Levies agenda item and it’s currently not available. We Would prefer a long date option over the standard dd/mm/yyyy format.
    We normally like to use the long date option for the following:
    - Financial year end (“That the financial statements for the year ended XXX be adopted”)
    - Levy year start
    - 1st levy instalment date
    - Subsequent levy instalment date
    - Valuation done

    • Add another status: 'unknown' in order to close old claims
    • flag option for old claims that need to be addressed as per above, maybe options to bulk close claims to a plan under the utility

  13. It would be really great to be able to print a list of transactions that make up this balance (omitting the cancelled transactions), and being able to export this list would also be beneficial. This process has been quite difficult and being able to get this information directly from the system would be great.

  14. When making a payment, strata sends a report to the printer which needs to be checked before you continue. Creditor payments & process direct entry payment This means you literally have to get up go to the printer (and we have two very busy printers) wait…. and then come back to your desk before you can carry on. If the printer is held up you cannot continue any work until this has been confirmed and are therefore stuck waiting for a printer. It would be much easier and efficient to have this come up on the screen to check, and…

  16. It's very frustrating that you have to set the notice of delivery on the levy tab and you also have to select it again for the sub metering invoices. It would be much more user friendly if the levies tab automatically updated the sub metering invoices tab.

  17. to be able to add additional stages to Debt Recovery configuration. i.e. Stage 4.

  19. Currently the Submeters number field is set to 14 x characters. This needs to be extended to cater for meter numbers in excess of 14 x characters
