  4. When charging fees for print levy notices, Multiple Owners Corp option is used and there are too many lots for the particular quarter. SM cannot cope with the number and may stop the process half way through the run. This causes an issue with the fees being charged as SM will only charge the Fees at the completion of the entire levy run. If the run fails half way through, then the charges will not be processed onto the plan. Ability for SM to either process the fees for the plans it has already printed the notices out for, or…

  8. Including the current PAYG contribution on the Extract file. This is not currently held in the system but if it was it could also be included on the extract file which would then provide the complete information required to complete the BAS and process payments and refunds.

  9. Proxy/nominee register needs a column for substitute proxies. Proxy/nominee register does not permit us to have two entries for one lot. For example, a company can appoint a company nominee however if that nominee cannot attend a specific meeting, the company can appoint a proxy. Both entries are necessary and valid. Same goes if we have a power of attorney on file and we list the owner as an owner's representative. We then cannot add a proxy for that lot if the need arises. STRATA Master does not let you add two, an error message comes up stating "There is…

  10. Since the new legislation and the review of by-laws there are potentially lots of buildings with more by-laws. It would be handy to have a link in SM which brings up the by-laws from fileSMART. It would also be useful to have better warnings with regards to by-laws when sending a work order.

  11. I want to be able to have a dashboard of real time data giving me a high level overview of my business so I can see where things are going well and where they are not. Rockend need to be giving their customers a competitive edge to help them thrive in the industry.

  12. Currently when receipting payments for levies, the software only applies the discount to the administration and sinking fund levies and does not apply the discount to the insurance levy. Urgently require this to be fixed so we do not have to create journal entries on each lot.

  13. To add another Insurance claim Status I.E. 'Excess Paid'? We’ve a few claims were we have paid the excess to the builder and then they are contracted by the insurers to do the work. SO none of the current choices really fit the situation. I’d like to add something along the lines of ‘Excess paid’ so that it’s clearer what is going on.

  15. I would like to see a feature in the Meeting Wizard that allows you to issue invitations for nominations and motions from the Wizard and record those directly into the ballot paper for election of committee.

  17. It would be good to have the option to break the budget down on a per quarter basis (in line with the quarterly levy income), instead of just annually. This would help short term cash flow management.

  18. To be able to have the options for a report pre-set when run from Form Reports

  19. When a levy discount has been set, ability to cancel this discount and have STRATA Master re-calculate all the amounts due, rather than having to cancel all the levies and re-strike them with the correct amount.

  20. To help with the overwhelming amount of e-mails it would be great for owners to be able to log onto the portal to change their owners details. We would need to be able to review and approve this, and then the details should be automatically updated in the software. This would limit so many emails and save us so much time continually having to update owners details.
